Satan is an angel who has fallen from grace. God bestowed upon him the name Lucifer. He was an archangel that oversaw all of the angels in heaven. But he aspired to become God in order to be revered by the Angels and all the heavenly beings. This evil conduct offended God because Satan got more pompous and arrogant; he even launched a campaign in heaven to persuade the Angels to join him in such a coup. Heaven could no longer contain them. Michael and his angels thwarted Satan and his followers' evil conduct and drove them out of God's kingdom. Satan persuaded around one-third of the angels in heaven from all classes to follow him.

Revelation 12:7-9

[7]And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,

[8]And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.

[9]And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

All of the angels he had gained for them were likewise hurled down to the ground.

He saw his beauty, his might, and his reputation, and it got into his head and took advantage of that, but by God's mercy, Satan, the ancient Dragon and serpent, was thrown out from the presence of the Living God.

Isaiah 14:12-15

[12]How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!

[13]For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:

[14]I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.

[15]Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.

They have an agenda to ruin what God loves now that they have been driven out of heaven and are on earth. God created man in his own image and began a long relationship with him.

With this, Satan gained more enmity toward God and man, and he devised schemes to remove man from the heart of the Living God.

They have an agenda to ruin what God loves now that they have been driven out of heaven and are on earth. God created man in his own image and began a wonderful relationship with him.

With this Satan got more envy against God and man and he got the plans of getting man out of the heart of the Living God.

Revelation 12:10

[10]And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.

Revelation 12:12

[12]Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.

Satan realizes that his time on Earth is limited and that he will be destroyed, so he is striving harder to destroy men formed in God's image.

He doesn't want to spend eternity in hell alone, but he does want to drag men into the lake of fire with him.

As a result, Satan and his agents are working around the clock to ensure that people are destroyed. According to the Bible, "he came to steal, murder, and destroy," and this is Satan's and his agents' mission.

These are some of the tactics they employ:

1. They Don't Sleep Unless They are Done With You

Proverbs 4:16-17

[16]For they sleep not, except they have done mischief; and their sleep is taken away, unless they cause some to fall.

[17]For they eat the bread of wickedness, and drink the wine of violence.

They have no time to rest. They are constantly looking for an empty space in individuals to manipulate and undermine someone's life, business, or righteousness. Know that Satan does not work alone, and demons do not operate alone; they are joined by humans, some of whom are witches and wizards, diviners, necromancers, and other terrible persons who are Satan incarnates. Their goal is to exterminate men. They have been assigned a task, and they are not finished with you until they bring you down or humiliate you..

1 Peter 5:8

[8]Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:

2. They Are Deceivers

The majority of their operations involve deception. It is Satan who is most famous for this. He speaks to people's minds, and he also speaks to them in visions or dreams, all in order to distract them from their quest of justice and holiness.

Satan is a deceiver; he duped Eve and attempted to dupe Jesus, but failed. Satan is not a fighter, but he wields words as a weapon.

Genesis 3:1-7

[1]Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?

[2]And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden:

[3]But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.

[4]And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:

[5]For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.

[6]And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.

[7]And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons.

He twists God's truth into lies, and there are numerous agents of Satan with such attributes. They operate in a subtle manner in order to cause you to divert from the path or to cross the boundaries of your destiny.

When the Holy Spirit led Jesus Christ to be tempted after fasting and prayer, the same man went to Him. He decided to fool Jesus with words in order to distract him from his ministry and assignment.

But Jesus chastised him.

Matthew 4:1-11

[1]Then was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil.

[2]And when he had fasted forty days and forty nights, he was afterward an hungred.

[3]And when the tempter came to him, he said, If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread.

[4]But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

[5]Then the devil taketh him up into the holy city, and setteth him on a pinnacle of the temple,

[6]And saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, He shall give his angels charge concerning thee: and in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone.

[7]Jesus said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.

[8]Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them;

[9]And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me.

[10]Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.

[11]Then the devil leaveth him, and, behold, angels came and ministered unto him.

3. Satan and his people does signs and wonders.

We should never suppose that Satan is incapable of performing miracles and wonders; he possesses the ability to do so as well. Most of these works are carried out by fake prophets and apostles. They are all under Satan's control, not God's. He employs these methods to capture men's hearts and initiate them into his dominion.

2 Thessalonians 2:9

[9]Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,

4. They use sickness and diseases.

This is another another method used by Satan and his agents. They inflict sickness and disease on people in order to either shorten their lives or cause them to abandon their trust in Christ.

Job 2:3-7

[3]And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil? and still he holdeth fast his integrity, although thou movedst me against him, to destroy him without cause.

[4]And Satan answered the LORD, and said, Skin for skin, yea, all that a man hath will he give for his life.

[5]But put forth thine hand now, and touch his bone and his flesh, and he will curse thee to thy face.

[6]And the LORD said unto Satan, Behold, he is in thine hand; but save his life.

[7]So went Satan forth from the presence of the LORD, and smote Job with sore boils from the sole of his foot unto his crown.

5. Satan accuses us before God.

He accuses us in front of God. He brings our sins before God and does not want us to gain favor with the Living God.

When you do something that is counter to God's word, he will use that as an occasion to reprimand or accuse you in front of the Living God.

Zechariah 3:1-2

[1]And he shewed me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of the LORD, and Satan standing at his right hand to resist him.

[2]And the LORD said unto Satan, The LORD rebuke thee, O Satan; even the LORD that hath chosen Jerusalem rebuke thee: is not this a brand plucked out of the fire?

Jude 1:9

[9]Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee.

6. Satan and his agents imprisonates and murders people.

John 8:44

[44]Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

He is a man who seeks only to destroy and kill. We should be aware of the fact that he destroys not just those who are not burning but also believers who do not pray.

Let's keep in mind our forefathers' martyrdom for the faith. They slaughtered nearly all of the Apostles in the mistaken belief that Christianity would not endure.

Revelation 2:12-13

[12]And to the angel of the church in Pergamos write; These things saith he which hath the sharp sword with two edges;

[13]I know thy works, and where thou dwellest, even where Satan's seat is: and thou holdest fast my name, and hast not denied my faith, even in those days wherein Antipas was my faithful martyr, who was slain among you, where Satan dwelleth.

Revelation 2:10

[10]Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.
