To be offended means to be in emotional pain or to be emotionally offended as a result of what you are experiencing (temptations and persecutions) in your Christian life or in your walk with God. Many pastors, Christians, and leaders are offended in their relationship with God in various ways.

In our walk with God, Christ requires that we believers, His followers, be persistent or focused and maintain our love for Him despite the difficulties we face.

People become offended because they face many challenges and are hurt, and as a result, they lose focus and their love for God grows cold.

Coming to Christ's side means going against the enemy and the world, so all these devil incarnates will be against you both spiritually and physically.

Jesus said, we shall be hated by men. Luke 6:22-23

Easy-to-Read Version Luke 6:22-23 “People will hate you because you belong to the Son of Man. They will make you leave their group. They will insult you. They will think it is wrong even to say your name. When these things happen, know that great blessings belong to you. You can be happy then and jump for joy, because you have a great reward in heaven. The ancestors of those people did the same things to the prophets.

These things will happen to you because you chose the righteous path. Because you have accepted Christ Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior.

Remember what they did to Jesus; He was despised by the very people he preached to. "He is the prince of Beelzebub," they said, referring to Him as the prince of all demons.

They will call you evil names, they will not want to celebrate you, and they will do everything they can from day to day to ensure you have given up.

That is why the Bible instructs us not to be offended at all.

Luke 7:23

[23]And blessed is he, whosoever shall not be offended in me.

Hold fast to your faith, hold fast to your first love, because many Christians' love has turned cold as a result of offense, and many people have backslidden despite attending church.

It is the devil's work for you to give up in this race.

According to Proverbs 4:16, the devil and his incarnates will not sleep until you have succumbed to temptations and persecutions. Remember to pray more fervently that God will deliver you from temptations because they are the work of the devil. "Lead us not into temptations," Jesus taught us to pray.

Be happy as they do these things to you because they did it to our Master. You will receive a great reward if you do not stagger; you will receive a mighty reward if you continue to serve the Lord without fainting or giving in in this wicked world.

1 Peter 4:14

[14]If ye be reproached for the name of Christ, happy are ye; for the spirit of glory and of God resteth upon you: on their part he is evil spoken of, but on your part he is glorified.1 Peter 4:14

Remember that it is overcomers that will inherit the kingdom of God. Be an overcomer of these things, endure and Christ shall embrace you one day. Hallelujah
